Formula with two/three criterias

I need help on this formula. If commission eligible % is 100 then I want the commissionable eligible total 44.95@100%=44.95

If the commission eligible % is blank and is agent 1 then I want the commission eligible total 55@75%=41.25

If the commission eligible % is blank and is agent 2 then I want the commission eligible total 55@25%= 13.75



I have attached the excel file. I am using excel 2010.
