Bonus Calculator Help

Hi All, I am new to forums and this is the first one I have joined. I have become very stuck in trying to design a Bonus Calculator Spreadsheet for my sales team.

I would like ht espreadsheet to calculate there quartly bonus payment which is a percentage of the income they generate to the business. The percentage they earn increases the more they put on which I am stuck on. Also when they complete a sales it has to achieve certain admin standards and so these are recored on the spreadsheet and once they are all achieved the sale becomes bonus qualifiying.

I have attached the layout of the spreadsheet and hopefully someone on here can kindly have a look at the attached spreadsheet and add in the formulars as I am stuck and pulling my hair out. I also need it done by 1st Jan when the new bonus scheme goes live!!

I have added text in red on the spreadsheet as notes and guides for what I need. I hope someone can kidly help

Hi again, sorry missed read your reply. If you can show the bonus they have earned in cell E3 which is highlighted in yellow that would be great.

Hi Thanks again for your last post. Unfortunatly it is not calculating as I need it to.

I need cell E3 to show the bonus amount my staff earn based on the following:

If cell H27 is equal to or greater than B4 then the qualify for a bonus payment based on the below calculation.

If H27 is 100-149% of B4 then they earn 7.5% of H27
If H27 is 150-199% of B4 then they earn 12.50% of H27
If H27 is 200-249% of B4 then they earn 17.50% of H27
If H27 is 250%+ of B4 then they earn 22.50% of H27

I hope this helps. You have been fanstastic so far and this is the last bit of the jigsaw.
