I need help for the below mentioned query.
For the below mentioned vales in Column A, I want the display values as in Column B, i.e if a value is duplicated a number series should follow

Formula:
=COUNTIF($A$2:A2,A2)

hi anitaselvarajan, welcome to the forum. assuming data starts in A1, try this in B1:
=COUNTIF($A$1:A1,A1)
