Getting N/A Error in VLOOKUP

I am getting N/A error in VLOOKUP formula ,even the data matches.
I have attached the worksheet,please check and let me know.

in your previous formula a2 was relative

In B2 cell of Sheet3

=IFERROR(VLOOKUP($A2,Sheet2!$A$2:$B$244,2,0),"")

I need to know how to remove all blank rows as I need to keep only 244 rows that contain data.
