I have searched on the forum for over an hour now to see if I could find a post that fits my problem, but success. So, here goes.....

I've built a user defined price list that allows the employee to select which market he wants, then the price list populates with the applicable data.

Rows within each price list should be a different color, but each list having a uniform color...hence, conditional formatting.

However, I need certain rows (non-adjacent) to change color based on two things:
- what market selection is made from the drop list and
- Only highlighting the rows that contain the market choice from the list.

For example, if drop down list is "Docks", then certain rows will get populated with that word.
I only need to color those rows, to change based on market choice.

I use Excel 2007. Thanks
