hold on, wrong file, this one should do it
What is your designed result? Can you give some?
i want "green" "red" and "blue" to choose only from the "pricing class" entries that match, then do an index match based on what's left and I want it to be "1 - Less than" for "date"

it only worked for some cells
some have results, some are blank
i uploaded the results
Sheet Data, row 2, date 2012-1-18, class 1 have no active price in Pricing sheet. Same to other blank results.
Row 5, date 2012-02-19, class 2 have active price in pricing sheet, row 3, where the date is 2012-02-18, class 2.
Is it clear?
