Hi Everyone,
I have this table:
Each intersection of rows and columns contains a number between 0-255.

I want to type a row name such as H1 in the field named "Input", and to get the max value from that row in the field named "Value", and get the column header corresponding to that max value in the field named "Strong Units".
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
