Display text based on content of 3 cells

Hello,
I need to display text based on the content of 3 cells. Here's the example I am using:

A1	D1	F1	H1
ABC123	Use Part XYZ	1F	1FL

H1 represnts the value based on A1, D1 and F1.

Any help is appreciated. ( I did search the forum but didn't find what I'm looking for.)
