VLookup with multiple instances of Lookup Value

I have two spreadsheets that I need to work from. "Spreadsheet A" is the source document with multiple occurances of the Same Account Number with different Tables. "Spreadsheet B" is the document where the Lookup Values are located. The "Results" tab is how I want the end result to be (See attached example)

I have tried a variety of V Lookups and IF-Then, but the problem is that the "Account" numbers appear multiple times in Spreadsheet A with a different "Table" and the Lookup Value from Spreadsheet B only appears once, but I need the end result to have all occurances of the lookup value (account) be shown on the Results tab with the corresponding tables.

try using a pivot table, with account and table as row values. the outcome is pretty much the same as what you have on sheet3
