Match Client ID, Then Match Description, Return YES

In column N of the attached I wish to input a formula that will first search closed invoice sheet to match the Client ID #s.

If the Client ID number match it will then look to see if the description on CLOSED INVOICES matches any of the Descriptions on Key ofTerms sheet, if so it returns a YES.

Or similar way to do this.
