HELP! Automated calculating of the Mode for values between specified date ranges

Hi guys,

First post. I'm needing a way to calculate the mode of values corresponding to a series of date intervals. E.g.

I need this to be automated to happen thousands of times and just pull out the data from the manually selected dates inputted to Columns H and I (in the example). I've worked out how to do this for Mean Average and the Last value using a combination of SUMPRODUCT and VLOOKUP functions, but I cannot find something that helps me with this directly.

Any help will be HUGELY appreciated guys. Many thanks in advance!
