Splitting text strings into multiple cells

Apologies if this has been answered before.

I have a text string in a cell that I need to split in to multiple cells. I would like to split each sentance into a seperate cell, so split the text string at the full stop. An example of the text string is below -

"100% Nylon hooded technical jacket with a contrast colour top yolk and mesh lining. Coloured reversed zips at the hem and contrast colour inner placket. Two tone cord detail around the hood with a plastic toggle. Half elasticated hem and cuffs and a Velcro and rubber adjuster on the sleeve cuff, 5gg vislon zip down the CF with a workwear tape detail concealed with a placket and press-studs. Branding pigment print on the sleeve and outer hood edge and a large print on the inner lining."

Is anyone able to assist with this. I am an excel basic user by the way so go easy.

    Cheers
