Compare & Find One Cell Data with Other Entir Column

I have a website list in excel sheet in Column A and suppose I found a new list of websites that contains 100+ sites and placed it in Column B.
Now I want to get formula which find the website stored in B2 in entire column A and show result "YES" otherwise "NO" and so on. Sample file is in attachment.

Condition are that excel count just domain name with http:// and compare with Column A and show result. For example if B2 stored http://ads50.com/index.php then formula must count just http://ads50.com and compare with Column A and show the right result.
