how to match 2 column values and fill a third column with values corresponding to second

i have one column with id of persons.another column also has the same id.third column has values corresponding to second column. i want to find each value of first column in the second column and fill the fourth column with values from the third column corresponding to second. example is shown in sheet 1 which is attached.i want to find values in column a in column c and fill column b with values from column d which is corresponding to the values from column c.please help....
