Determine whether number of positive numbers exceeds number of negative numbers

I need formula help for the below column. What I want is a formula that will tell me overall for the column if the majority of numbers have increased or decreased for the month.

% Increase or Decrease from Prior MTD (header)

-71.43%
100.00%

-33.33%

-75.00%

100.00%

Decreased (this is where I want the formula). I want it to say either "increased" or "decreased" depending on the whether the majority of percentages are negative or positive.
