Lot sizes and capacity Formula

I have a capacity sheet (attached). What I do is find the what I can run (Column D) by the percentage (Col B) and the total capacity (B18). However, these items in column D have to multiply by the lot sizes in Column E and still not go over capacity.

How do I get Col D to multiply by the Col E lot sizes and still stay under Capacity (B18)?
