    can I convert this formula to another formula without sumifs ,, I want to write it in another way to work in excel 2003 :

    =SUMIFS(Al!$I:$I,Al!$B:$B,$B1,Al!$O:$O, "<="&12)

    hope I can solve that ..

    Re: convert sumifs

    Try
    =SUMPRODUCT(Al!$I1:$I100,(Al!$B1:$B100=$B1)*(Al!$O1:$O100<=12))
    Note: Sumproduct wont work with full column ranges. Adjust range accordingly
    Life's a spreadsheet, Excel!
