Simple pull exact text from cell, if blank it pulls up a 0. How to leave it as blank?

    Question Simple pull exact text from cell, if blank it pulls up a 0. How to leave it as blank?

    I just need to pull the exact text from a cell on another sheet. If the referenced cell is blank then the cell needs to remain blank. Right now a zero will populate instead.
