Compairing adjacent cell with list and return value

Hi everyone!!

So basically, i have a hidden table for referencing and an input and result columns. I can't seem to be able to get a formula in the result column that will display the value according to Input column that would match the same pairing in the hidden table. Please see example.

Put this in F2:

=VLOOKUP(E2,B:C,2,0)

Then copy down.
