I've demonstrated this a number of times on this forum. You can achieve it with 3 basic formulae - one sets up a unique ID on the data sheet (usually based around COUNTIF or MAX), a second one on the summary sheet then identifies the rows on the data sheet where those unique IDs occur (using MATCH), and then the final one brings the data from the appropriate column(s) based on the row (using INDEX). If you attach a sample workbook I can give you the exact formulae to use, based on how your data is arranged - the FAQ describes how to attach a workbook.
