Formula to send email automatically if c3 =today ()

Hi Im looking help on finding a formula that will automatically send an email if C3 =TODAY() even if computer is off .

Hi,

You can't. The computer must be switched on and the workbook open in memory before a macro can be triggered.

Not only has the computer to be powered up but the workbook needs to be opened.

Which date in column C? Are there several and if so do you want the latest, the earliest, or some other.

And then is the test
a)exactly equal to today,
b)greater than today
c) Equal to OR greater than today
