I have a spreadsheet with just three columns :Created date, Customer name and Agent Assigned. I have looked and looked but not finding exactly the same issue I am trying to get to. I am trying to figure out a formula that will count the number of instances that an Agent is behind on their assignment. The assignment is always due 14 days ago from the current date. So if Little Johnny had three assigned to him on 11/10/2012 and two more on the 11/11/2012 and two on 11/18/2012 he would have 5 that are behind.

I am a noob so I tried something like but I just get a value error back : =SUM(C3:C700,"little johnny")*(A3:A700="=today()-14")
