    Try this:

    =VLOOKUP(I4,$C$5:$G$259,4,TRUE)

This works but to a point, If I enter below the 2,200.00 it should display "INELIGABLE" instead it shows #N/A and if the cell I4 is empty then it also shows a #N/A and it will always start out empty. How can I incorporate? Thanks!
