Dependant dropdown lists

Hi,

I have a worksheet where I want to create two dropdown lists where the first one shows the months in a year (january,....,December) and the second dropdown list shows the same months except the one in the first dropdown list, and the other way around, if i first introduce the value in the second dropdown list.
