Tab missing in Format Control Box for scroll box

Hello again,
I am trying to create my scroll box, but when I right click on it and click on Format control to add my specs, there is no control tab there. I desperately need this tab to insert my current value, max and min values etc. Is there a reason why mine is not displaying?

I reckon you added an activex control and not a forms one
