    Count Formula not working Excel Mac 2011

    I am trying to count the number of cells with the value of Surcharge Amt: $0.00 using the formula =COUNTIF(A5:A1012415,"Surcharge Amt:$0.00") I placed formula on cell A2 of attached workbook.

    It returns 0 as the answer but I know there are thousands...

    Please help me with this formula...

    I have a meeting tomorrow morning regarding the attached and I just can't get it!

    On another note, I am looking for someone to complete some excel work for me, mostly writing macros.
