Sumif a Vlookup result

Sumif looks up a value "245_*" & sums returned results as there are multiple returns - but only if i explictly specify the Sumif value.

Any way i can just referance a cell (ie "A2") in another sheet or use Vlookup +Sumif instead of entering "245_*"
