    formatting in schedule with data from database

    Hi

    I have a file with data importet from SQL databse in one sheet
    and a schedule schema in another sheet, with names of employees down from column A and weeknumbers in columnc C, D, E, etc.
    i would like to get a mark under the weeks in the cells where the employess have a activity planned
