    Highlight Duplicates

    Hi All, I know there is the highlight duplicates in conditional formatting but can that be adapted to work over two workbooks.

    you could try creating a named formula referring to the other workbook
    eg in book 1
    =COUNTIF([Book4]Sheet1!$A$1:$A$13,Sheet1!B1) call it mycf or something
    then in book 1 use =mycf in the conditional formatting
