Distict Customer Code Count Based on value in another column

Hi All,

I have the following problem and any thoughts or tips on how to solve this are appreciated. I need to identify a distict count of customer that have zero prices, showing a value of 0.00. Based on the information below I would like my formula to return the value 1.

CUST CODE PRICE
CUST1 M01 0.10
CUST1 M02 0.10
CUST1 M03 0.10
CUST1 M04 0.20
CUST1 M05 0.20
CUST1 M06 0.20
CUST1 M07 0.20
CUST2 M01 0.00
CUST2 M02 0.00
CUST2 M03 0.00
CUST2 M04 0.00
CUST2 M05 0.00
CUST3 M01 0.10
CUST3 M02 0.20
CUST3 M03 0.30
CUST3 M04 0.40
