Mail Merge/ Form Auto Fil

That wont really work for me b/c on the next day i'll have to change all the functions. The weld log i have has over 2000 weld numbers on over 200 different prints (a line number refers to 1 print). We have had around 20 welders each with a unique stencil.
It seems like i should be able to run a report for any particular day and it give me everything i need but i'm not sure of how to do that.

I've added a little more to the log to show some different line numbers, with different sizes and welders.
