    nesting if(or

    In the attached sheet I am trying to add an "or" statement to the second IF.
    The formula works with IF(B15="Island Square" but not with IF(OR(B15="Island Square","Island Curved","Peninsula"). It returns #VALUE!. The formula is in cell AH15.
    Where am I going wrong?
