Drop down to Reference Sheet Name

Hi everyone,

This should be a pretty quick question. I have a drop down with a list of companies. Each company has their own dataset and information tab, named the same as the drop down.

When they drop down, I just want to insert the formula into the formula bar. I tried to use indirect, but it does not like me. What am I doing wrong?

I've searched a pretty good amount, and can only find how to change the operator, which seems similar, but it ends up being different enough where the process doesn't translate.
