Removing Sections of Data From Multiple Cells

I'm not sure what function or Macro would be useful, but here it goes:

I've got about 1200 rows of product information. We recently updated our formatting, and so now I have to go back through and change the titles. Mind you, everything is different title wise.

For example: [I was going to post a sample book, but all the data being posted into the new book was cut short, sorry]

In Column S is the updated Title that will be seen on a webpage:

Column T is where the title and product description come together on the main part of the page:

What is highlighted in BLUE is what needs to be removed so it can be replaced [I'm using a simple CONCATENATE for that]. So everything before the page breaks [<.br><.br>]

Any help would be appreciated. This will take forever by hand.
