    Vlookup

    Hi There,
    I have a difficulty liking record to new worksheet using vlookup.
    my questions, I need to pull information as data entry is made in particular worksheet.The sample worksheet is as attached

    Try..in C2

    =IF(ISBLANK(VLOOKUP(A2,$A$2:$B$4,2,FALSE)),"",VLOOKUP(A2,$A$2:$B$4,2,FALSE))

    use this 1...
    =IF(VLOOKUP(A2,$A$2:$B$4,2,FALSE)="","",VLOOKUP(A2,$A$2:$B$4,2,FALSE))

    Note, that when you use " ", that implies that there is something (a space) in that cell. so if there has been nothing entered into the cell, you need to use "" not " "

    Based on your last post it seems that you are satisfied with the solution(s) you've received but you haven't marked your thread as SOLVED.
