Formula to Compute Averages - Ignore Zero (Blanks)

I have a lengthy project to compare costs freight for 3 different truck companies that would be a lot easier if I could find a way to get the Average of a row of numbers.

The problem is that some cells are blank and I cannot figure out how to get the Average without counting the blanks as zeros.

This is a sample of what I am working on ---->> Freight Cost Comparison.xlsx.

I know there is a formula that would give me the average quote amount for each row individually, I just don't know what that is....

Please help!!

You can use countif function to skip blanks. ex
=SUM(M3:P3)/COUNTIF(M3:P3,">0")

Based on your last post it seems that you are satisfied with the solution(s) you've received but you haven't marked your thread as "SOLVED".
For the meantime I'll do it for you.

How?
New quick method:
Select Thread Tools-> Mark thread as Solved. To undo, select Thread Tools-> Mark thread as Unsolved.

Or you can use this way:

How to mark a thread Solved
Go to the first post
Click edit
Click Go Advanced
Just below the word Title you will see a dropdown with the word No prefix.
Change to Solved
Click Save
