Changing names to User ID numbers

I am working with teammate productivity numbers. We want to post how productive the teammates are, but we want to use a 4 digit number rather than their name.

In my attachment, columns A and B are the names and productivity for the teammates. E and G are the names and ID numbers I want to use.

In column C, I want it to say the Productivity ID number.

Please help!!!
