I would like to find the best performers, on average, in large database spreadsheet.

I have a large group of golfing friends and I record their golf scores on a spreadsheet. All 18 holes scores are recorded. From this I can work out how they score each week on certain holes mainly the Par 3, Par 4 and Par 5 holes.
Their records now have been recorded for quite a few weeks now and I want to find out who has performed best on a cumaltive basis on these Par 3, Par 4 and Par 5 holes.
Some players have played only say 6 ot 7 rounds while other have played some 30 or so rounds. So I need the sum totals of the rounds to be averaged out. There are up to 300 golfers so I dont want do do each player individually so how can I do this easily.
Does anybody know? Thanks very much for your help W

    Hi WHUMP

Maybe have a look at the AVERAGE, AVERAGEIF, AVERAGEIFS functions, maybe something along these lines: =AVERAGEIF(Your_Range,"<>0"), hard to say without seeing a sample.Type Golf in the search box at the top of the page, you get a lot of results.
