Percentage Completion Not Correct

Hi Experts,

Sorry, this is a duplicate copy.

I need assistance with one of my spreadsheet. Basically, if you open up project milestones tracking, you will see two tabs. One of the tabs is the master sheet and the other one is the project overview. If you look at the percentage, it says 50% completed. It is not correct since all the milestones are completed. It should say 100%. For example, if i have 4 milestones and if i completed 1, it should say 25%.

If you look at the second spreadsheet Office Template, i copied the formula from the Office free template.

Also, if you look at he project overview tab, you will see all the projects that i am working on. In the status column, i would like to show the percentage competion. Basically, if master sheet is 75%, it should also be 75% in the project overview status column.

For the Project Milestones Tracking Final... the reason why it's coming out as 50% is because it's computing 4/8

If you remove your filter, there actually 8 records with a Project = MCI

Maybe change your COUNTIFS function to the following...

COUNTIFS(Tasks8[[#All],[Project]],D1,Tasks8[[#All],[Done]],1)

re-post: ignore what I said above, I think your formula is working fine... you just had clear the filters...
