Extract random rows from a spreadsheet and paste into another

I am a newbie to this forum. I have used Excel for years but only using basic functions.

I have an Excel sheet that contains over 5000 numbered rows containing names and associated data. Each day I have to randomly extract 50 names and create a separate list. At the moment I can get the numbers using randbetween, but I then have to locate each number and copy and paste the rest of the row into another sheet for printing. Is there a way I can do this automatically?

Thanks for replying. At this stage 1 to 5008, but this number will continue to grow as new names are added.
The output I need is colums B, C and D, but the total colums are A to H. If it is possible, the rows need to be output in two lists, the first one 21 names into Rows 5 to 25 in Colums D, E and F and the second list 24 names into Rows 28 to 51 in Colums D, E and F, a total of 45 names per day.

A lot to ask I know but it would save heaps of time daily. I have attached a sample file.

Thank you. That part works but the output list needs to be made up of a random selection from 1 to 5008 (or more when the list is extended) from the original list.
