Col1 Col2 Col2 col4 Result

4 4 1 1 F
1 4 3 4 T

2 4 3 3 T

I want to compare above 4 columns and get result as T or F as per following condition.

Condition 1
If cell value is 3 or 4 and

Condition 2
3 out of 4 should be fulfilled condition1 then result is T otherwise F.

Please help me to resolve this. If you need further details please let me know.
