Hello,
Looking for some assistance on how to write a formula or formulas to pull in data from a master data tab. In our workbook we have three tabs. The main tab is a master file of data which will change periodically. In a second tab we have vlookups pulling in data and running formulas from the master data tab. We are currently running a filter on this second tab to identify values over - let's say - 1 million dollars. We only want to manipulate data for values over 1 million which is approximately 150 results out of 6000. Because the master data tab will change, we would like to create a third tab that automatically pulls in only the results over 1 million dollars into a third tab (where the data would mirror what is in our second tab) so we can manipulate the data/run pivots, etc. without the unneeded 5850 results. Is there a way to run a vlookup that would allow us to do this so we don't have to run a filter on 1M+ everytime we get a new data set and transfer it in to a third sheet? We would like it to be smart enough to pull in only the rows where a value in cell "A2, A5, A8, etc." is equal to 1M or more. Ideally, we do a replace of the master data tab and it automatically updates the second tab (all results) and the third tab (all results over 1M) without zeros in between (i.e. tab three only pulls in ~150 results every time).
Thank you,
