Countif-Summing as you go

Hi there !! I'm new and hoping someone can help me. I need the countif (I think) but I want it to keep track and number as I go when it finds a matching URL. I.e.

.
.
2
.
3

That would be if it spots it the first time, then later sees it repeated, and then again a 3rd time. Hope that makes sense! Thank you in advance!!

Should anchor A1 while copying down the other one and give you a 'running total' sort to speak...
