Conditional Formatting if an adjacent cell contains a "N"

    Hello again everyone!

I am embarrased to ask this question, but I have been trying to get this to work for way too long and I can't figure it out.

So I would like to conditionally format column L if column M contains "N". I can get the formula to work for a single cell, but if I copy and paste the format, or if I adjust the formula that I am entering to include all of the cells in column L (minus the headers) all of the cells change.

I would like to get the formula to place into the conditional formatting formula box so that I can convert it into a macro.

    Thank you very much,
    TCS

I found another thread on this site to fix this. Thank you, and sorry for shooting out a new thread before reading. My bad.
