Time and attendance sheet

Hi all,

Could you please help me create an excel sheet to track the duration of 15 in breaks and 1 hour lunch for 30 people. and it must generate a report when they had the break or lunch and if they wnt overbreak I'm a noob in excel and VBA so any help will be highly appreciated.
