    what does 6.9544E+23 stand for?

    I want the number to look more like 2562.50. This is just an example the formula I am using is e4*(1+d4)^b4 again just an example not the actual cells i am in Please help me? Why am I getting a number like 6.9544E+23
    when i use this formula my cells are
    6 12 0.1 3 1815

    6 is a
    12 is b
    0.1 is c
    3
    is d
    1815 is d
    go to page 2 for chart i am using
    please help me figure out with formula i am using as i have to graph this stuff please help

    Is 'Intrest per compound unit' supposed to be in percent? That would explain the astronomic numbers you get.

    This is an Exponential Error. Check your calculations in columns B-E.

    Also, your interest computaion in column D is currently based on column A (time) which i think is not correct.

    By the way, 6.9544E+23 means 6.9544 * 10^23.
    In other words 695440000000000000000000.
