Hyperlink to a certain cell i another worksheet, based on name

Hi all,

I need to fix an excel sheet for my company and after a lot of searching I concluded: I need some help from a pro. I hope some of you guys could help me.

So now my problem:

I have a worksheet with some basic information about some employees. Another worksheet is called the key people list and I already have included a column called: On Key People List, with as possible answers: Yes or No.

My question is: can I make a hyperlink of the word yes, to go to specific row in the Key People List based on their names or something? And can I do it both ways?

I will include my excelsheet to help my story.

basically, spaces are best avoided. he provided a solution for it anyway & here's my modification for your problem:
