Dynamic Range Options for Product sales starting in diff mths but have the same sale cycle

Hi There,

I need to understand how I can make a reference to 2 products. Product 1 launches in say Month 1 then has a sales cycle that lasts say 6 months [ Mth 1 40%, Mth2 30%, Mth 3 20%, Mth 4-6 3.33%each). Product 2 launch is then uncertain, it could be launched in Month 3 or Month 6, but when it does launch, I need to reference the sales cycle from the Month the sales start. Also the sales cycle numbers [above], could also be changed if a more optimistic view is taken.

I think I need to use an Offset formula, but am not sure how can anyone help ?
