Combining two formulas to get one result

Sample combine in one.xlsxI am just trying to save myself some time and space on my spreadsheets(see attachment). I am dividing a square footage by the expected rate of work of one person . That result comes out as a decimal time, then I convert that to standard time. all I would like to do is combine/recreate the formula so that I don't have to convert in a separate field then hide the decimal time.

    All help will be appreciated.

    Thanks in advance
