    How do I find a reference in an Array formula?

    I'm trying to find a reference in an Array formula. The formula is:

    {=TABLE(,X8)}

    Cell X8 contains a drop down that is either 'Yes' or 'No'

    I'd like to find the TABLE that is mentioned. As you can probably tell, I am totally unfamiliar with Array formulas. I tried to find TABLE in the Name Manager listing under the Formulas tab, but it wasn't there. How do I find the information that TABLE represents? Or is TABLE something else?

    Maybe you could upload a sample workbook?

    Can you make a copy and delete some rows/columns/sheets?

    Can't even hazard a guess at the moment.

    On the formula tab, try "Trace Precidents" An arrow will be drawn to that cell with the formula from other cells. If the cells are on other sheets, you'll see a dotted line with a little spreadsheet icon. Double click on the dotted line and it opens up the GoTo window with a list of references and where they are.
    Hope that works for you
